Hrithik Roshan\'s brilliant performance in \'Super 30\' overwhelms Shekhar Kapur

Mumbai: Superstar Hrithik Roshan who has nailed it with his realistic portrayal of mathematics teacher Anand Kumar in his film 'Super 30' has now overwhelmed the Internationally acclaimed filmmaker Shekhar Kapur by his power-packed performance in the film.

The ace filmmaker took to his social media handle and tweeted, "Watching Hindi cinema in the theatres is a cathartic experience for me. I sit quietly in the theatre hoping no one notices my tears flowing. #super30 did that to me. It’s such a good story (and true) and a completely different @iHrithik Roshan’s performance overwhelmed me."

In his tweet, Shekhar Kapur expressed how moved he was while watching the film. The filmmaker, in fact, hoped no one noticed his tears while he was watching the film.

Hrithik Roshan's Super 30 has been hailed ecumenically striking chords with both national and global audience, with a special mention to Hrithik's power-packed performance.

Hrithik is seen essaying the character of a teacher in Super 30. Hrithik is playing the role of a Mathematician, Anand Kumar who trains students for IIT-JEE in Bihar. The movie also features Mrunal Thakur alongside Hrithik and Pankaj Tripathi as Hrithik's opposition.

Super 30 addresses and acknowledges the importance of teachers in the building and strengthening of society and the pivotal role they play at the base level in shaping up an individual which in turn leads to the shaping up of a society. It features Mrunal Thakur with an additional cast of Pankaj Tripathi, Nandish Sandhu who plays Pranav Kumar and Amit Srivastava, in other supporting roles.

The movie was released on 12 July, globally and is witnessing a phenomenal growth at the box office with wide appreciation from all across.
