Explosion Reported Near India-Pakistan Border in Gujarat After Drone Hits Power Line
An explosion occurred early Thursday morning in Gujarat's Khavda region, near the India-Pakistan border, after an unidentified drone reportedly collided with a high-tension power transmission line. The blast, heard several kilometers away, occurred at around 5:30 am in a remote stretch of the Khavda desert, a sensitive area close to the international border. No casualties were reported, but power supply was briefly disrupted. The Border Security Force (BSF), local police, and intelligence agencies have launched a joint investigation to determine whether the incident was accidental or a result of cross-border infiltration.
