Shah Rukh Khan may have seen his fortune shrink by nearly Rs 2,500 crore, but the Bollywood superstar is still sitting comfortably at the top of India’s entertainment wealth ladder.

According to the newly released Hurun India Rich List 2026, Khan’s net worth stands at an estimated Rs 10,000 crore. That is down Rs 2,490 crore from his 2025 peak of Rs 12,490 crore — a drop of roughly 20 pecent.

The fall reflects a recalibration of asset valuations rather than actual losses, with the core anchors of his business empire remaining strong. These include his full-service studio Red Chillies Entertainment and his stake in Knight Riders Sports, which owns the IPL franchise Kolkata Knight Riders.

Even after the adjustment, Khan’s estimated net worth exceeds the combined wealth of the next three leading actors on the list — Amitabh Bachchan at Rs 4,000 crore, Salman Khan at Rs 3,000 crore and Hrithik Roshan at Rs 2,500 crore.
