I am a 26-year-old woman who got married a couple of months back. My husband is a nice person but he is addicted to porn. I find it weird and have tried to talk him out of this habit, but to no avail. He has even tried to make me do a few things he has seen in those movies. Please help.

There are two issues. One is your husband’s porn addiction, and the second, his asking you to do certain sexual acts as shown in porn movies. There is no clear-cut agreement on the causes of porn addiction. The American Society of Addiction Medicine states “Addiction is a primary, chronic disease of brain reward, motivation, memory and related circuitry.” Treatments for porn addiction include (long term) counseling or 12-step support groups such as porn addiction anonymous. There is nothing wrong in indulging in certain sexual acts as depicted in porn movies, provided there is no coercion and physical harm. Any sexual act between two consenting partners within the privacy of the four walls is medically not harmful. Discuss your problem with a psychiatrist.

I am a 20-year-old student. My problem is that from the age of 14, my nipples are looking like that of a woman. If I just press on the tip of the nipple, it will enlarge and later it will shrink to the normal size. I consulted so many doctors but no one could find the right solution for my problem. I already have consumed various drugs but, no use. Please advise.

This is a normal physiological response. Hence there is no need to get worried or consume medicines. The nipples of both males and females contain erectile tissues. That is why they will enlarge on receiving physical stimulation. They will revert to pre-excitement state sometime after the stimulation is withdrawn.
