Nayanthara Returns to Hindi Cinema Opposite Salman

Tamil Nadu’s ‘Lady Superstar’ Nayanthara has been cast opposite Salman Khan in producer Dil Raju’s lavish Hindi-Telugu action drama.

When reached out, Dil Raju confirmed the news.

Nayanthara has not been paired with Salman before this. She made her Hindi debut with Shah Rukh Khan in Jawan in 2023 but returned to her home turf in a huff after her role was slashed.

This time, Nayanthara is on safe ground. We are told that her role in Dil Raju’s film directed by Vamshi Paidipally is far more substantial than the norm for leading ladies in Salman starrers.

“Salman has realized he needs a substantial co-star. Nayanthara is a step in the right direction,” a source observes.
