Jyotika’s Full-Body Workout Packs a Punch
Strength, cardio, core and balance — the actress’ latest gym session is anything but a routine workout
Jyotika has shared a glimpse of her demanding workout, bringing together strength training, cardio, core work and balance. Her session includes dumbbell squats, slider knee tucks, weighted wall sits, battle ropes, pull-ups and chest presses.
She also works her lower body with single-leg reverse hack squats and leg presses before moving into core exercises, including an L-sit variation and a kettlebell leg-raise movement.
The workout ends with balance and stability work on a yoga wheel, making it a full-body session rather than a routine focused only on weight loss or cardio.
Jyotika has previously spoken about prioritising strength over appearance. She trains four to five times a week and has said her trainer encouraged her to focus on becoming stronger, with weight loss treated as a consequence rather than the goal.
