‘Alpha’ Will Be Bobby’s Last Antagonist Role

Yash Raj’s espionage drama Alpha will be the last film in which Bobby Deol is seen as an antagonist for the foreseeable future.

The actor, whose career was pulled out of the doldrums by two iconic villain roles—Animal in 2023 and the web series Ashram before that, has decided to take a long break from playing the bad guy.

Bandar, features Bobby as the protagonist. On the anvil for him is a film produced by his brother Sunny Deol, in which the two brothers will be cast together after 27 years.

The last time they were seen together was in Dillagi (1999) which Sunny directed.
