HYDERABAD: Last year’s runners-up Comptroller & Auditor General of India (CAG) survived a mighty scare from Punjab & Sind Bank, while defending champions Petroleum Sports Promotion Board (PSBP) were held by Punjab National Bank (PNB) to a 4-4 draw on the second day of the 6th Hockey India Senior Men Inter-Department National Championship at the Gachibowli Hockey Stadium here on Saturday.
