Vaishali Nagar Underpass Traffic Restrictions Extended Till October 14
Traffic from Telangana Contractors Cultural Club towards the underpass: Reports
HYDERABAD: Traffic restrictions at the Vaishalinagar railway underpass have been extended for another week, till October 14, to facilitate curing of the newly laid road surface, Cyberabad traffic police said. The road widening and storm-water drain works at the underpass have been completed.
According to the traffic advisory, commuters travelling from My Home Mangala Apartments towards Hafeezpet through the underpass will be diverted via My Home Mangala T Junction, Raghavendranagar colony, Hi-Tension Road, RTA office, Kondapur and Hafeezpet flyover.
Traffic from Telangana Contractors Cultural Club towards the underpass would be diverted through the same route after a U-turn at My Home Mangala T Junction.
Vehicles from Hafeezpet, RTC Colony and My Home Jewel towards My Home Mangala and Raghavendranagar colony would be diverted via the pipeline road, Hafeezpet ROB/Flyover and Kondapur-Allwyn Junction.
Similar diversions have been prescribed for vehicles from Vasavi Lake City and Gopalnagar or the Calvary Temple.
The traffic police asked commuters to use alternative routes and plan their journeys accordingly, and cooperate during the diversion period. Police personnel will ensure compliance with diversion arrangements throughout the advisory period.
