Two Telugu Women Killed in Car Accident in California

Hyderabad: Two young women from Telangana, who were in the United States pursuing higher education and employment opportunities, tragically died in a car accident in California. The victims have been identified as 25-year-old Pulakhandam Meghana Rani from Garla, Mahbubabad district, and 24-year-old Kadiyala Bhavana from Mulkanoor. The accident occurred on Sunday at approximately 4 pm local time. Meghana and Bhavana were part of a group of eight friends touring the Alabama Hills area in two cars. The vehicle they were traveling in reportedly failed to navigate a curve, veered off the road, and plunged into a valley, resulting in their untimely deaths.
Both women had moved to the U.S. three years ago. They had recently completed their MS degrees and were actively searching for jobs. The news of their passing has plunged their families into deep shock and mourning.
