Tragedy in Jangaon: Priest and Son Die by Suicide in Temple Pond

Heartbreaking tragedy in Jangaon. Temple priest Varayoru Lakshminarasimhacharyulu and his son Pavan Kumar Acharyulu, who served at the Bandagutta Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple in Lingala Ghanpur, died by suicide after reportedly jumping into the temple pond.

Police say the family had been struggling emotionally and financially after the recent death of Lakshminarasimhacharyulu’s wife, Sridevi, following a long illness. Senior police officials visited the spot, and an investigation is underway.
