TIMS Sanathnagar Named After Marri Chenna Reddy

Hyderabad: The state government has officially renamed the Telangana Institute of Medical Sciences (TIMS), Sanathnagar, as “Dr. Marri Channa Reddy Telangana Institute of Medical Sciences, Sanathnagar”, in honour of former Chief Minister Marri Chenna Reddy.

The move is seen as a tribute to the veteran leader’s significant contributions to public life and his role in shaping the political landscape of the region. Dr. Chenna Reddy served as Chief Minister and held several key positions during his long political career.
