Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 Kicks Off

Karan Adani, MD of Adani Ports & SEZ, responded to Jayesh Ranjan's investment challenge at the Telangana Rising Global Summit by highlighting Adani Group's ₹10,000 crore invested in Telangana over the past decade. He emphasised ongoing logistics infrastructure use, expansions with districts, and focus on green hydrogen, semiconductors, and defense.

Trump Media Director Eric Swider announced massive investments worth lakhs of crores in Telangana at the Telangana Rising Global Summit's inaugural session. The decade-long commitment boosts the state's $3 trillion economy goal by 2047. Swider joins over 150 delegates from 44 countries at the event.

WEF Managing Director Jeremy Jurgens addressed the Telangana Rising Global Summit virtually during the Inaugural Plenary. As Head of WEF’s Centre for Frontier Technologies, Innovation, and Cybersecurity, he highlighted Telangana's Vision 2047 alignment with Viksit Bharat.

Nobel Laureate Kailash Satyarthi stated at the Telangana Rising Global Summit that the state is "moving fast towards the goal of Viksit Bharat." His praise aligns with Governor Jishnu Dev Varma's view linking 'Telangana Rising 2047' to India's national development mission. Satyarthi also called the summit a "success" and highlighted farm loan waivers benefiting 20 lakh farmers.
