Technical Issue Affects Water Board Citizen Services Mobile Application

Hyderabad: The HMWS&SB said that due to a technical issue, its citizen services mobile application services were temporarily unavailable. The board's technical team was trying resolve the problem, it said.

In the meantime, consumers could use the IVRS facility or the board's official website to book water tankers, it said.Consumers are requested to use these alternative channels until the mobile application services are restored and extend their cooperation.

The Water Board regrets the inconvenience caused to consumers due to this temporary technical disruption and thanks them for their patience and cooperation, added the water board.
