Revanth's CM Post Based on 'Renewals', Says KTR
During an informal chat with reporters, Rama Rao also slammed Revanth Reddy for the poor handling of Hyderabad’s monsoon preparedness and urban infrastructure management.
Hyderabad:BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao on Friday described Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy as a “renewal CM” whose continuation in office, he alleged, depended on “satisfying the Congress high command.” Rama Rao claimed that senior Congress leader Md. Shabbir Ali spoke the truth when he made his recent comments about positions allegedly being secured through money.
During an informal chat with reporters, Rama Rao also slammed Revanth Reddy for the poor handling of Hyderabad’s monsoon preparedness and urban infrastructure management. “Whatever resilience Hyderabad has is largely due to infrastructure projects implemented during the BRS government, including the Strategic Nala Development Programme (SNDP), flyovers, road networks, and drainage improvements,” he said.
Rama Rao accused Revanth Reddy of taking credit when weather conditions improved, and blaming the previous government whenever floods or water-logging occurred. “This is because the Congress government failed to provide solutions to recurring urban challenges and instead focuses on publicity-driven politics,” he said.
