Property Show to Showcase Housing, Retail Projects
The 16th Naredco Telangana Property Show will be held from October 30 to November 1 at Hitex, Hyderabad, featuring residential and commercial projects and home loan options.
Prospective homebuyers will be able to compare apartments, villas and plotted developments across different budgets at the 16th Naredco Telangana Property Show, scheduled from October 30 to November 1 at Hitex exhibition centre. Commercial and retail properties will also be on display, while banks will provide information on home loans and financing options.
The three‑day exhibition, organised by The National Real Estate Development Council (Naredco)-Telangana, will be held at Hall No. 4 from 10 am to 8 pm. Developers, government departments, building material suppliers and other businesses linked to the real estate sector are expected to participate.
Naredco attributed Hyderabad’s continued demand for residential and commercial properties to the expansion of the IT sector, global capability centres and investments in technology and life sciences. President Sreedhar Reddy Koppula said the exhibition would allow developers to interact directly with buyers as demand remained strong across property segments.
Visitors can seek financing information from State Bank of India, Central Bank of India and IDBI Bank. “The Property Show offers homebuyers and investors an opportunity to explore a wide range of projects under one roof, interact directly with developers, compare offerings and gain access to financing options,” said secretary‑general R. Venkateswara Rao.
Treasurer Kondala Sudhakar Reddy said the presence of banks was particularly relevant for families considering a home purchase. Executive vice‑presidents Kali Prasad Damera and K. Gopala Krishna noted continued support from sponsors and participation from developers. Vasavi Group, Gangothri Infra Edge, Jayabheri Group and Anvita Group are among the principal sponsors.
