Peddapalli Farmers Donate 65 Tractor Loads Of Dry Grass To Temple Goshala

KARIMNAGAR: Farmers and tractor owners from Peddapalli district donated 65 tractor loads of dry grass to the Thippapuram Goshala of Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy Devasthanam at Vemulawada in Rajanna Sircilla district on Sunday.
The donation was made by members of the Janakiram Tractor Owner-Driver Association from Kanukula, Maruti Nagar, Ramunipalli and Thogarrai villages. They handed over the fodder to deputy executive officer Bhaskara Sharma in the presence of temple staff and association representatives.
The association has been supplying fodder to the goshala for the past five years, increasing its contribution from 10 tractor loads in the initial year to 45 loads last year and 65 loads this year.

Temple executive officer L. Ramadevi thanked the farmers and devotees for supporting the goshala with fodder and other supplies. She said serving cows is considered sacred and appealed to devotees to contribute to the shelter by visiting the facility.
