Mancherial Road Accident: Three Killed, Three Seriously Injured
The deceased were identified as Athili Soundarya and Chintakunta Lakshmi. The identity of the third deceased person is yet to be ascertained.
Mancherial: Three people were killed and three others suffered severe injuries after the auto-rickshaw in which they were travelling collided with a lorry near Narsapur Gate in Mancherial on Monday.
According to preliminary reports, the auto-rickshaw was travelling on the wrong side of the road when it collided with the lorry.
All the passengers were residents of Gudipelli village in Mandamarri mandal.
The deceased were identified as Athili Soundarya and Chintakunta Lakshmi. The identity of the third deceased person is yet to be ascertained.
The three injured persons were shifted to the Mancherial Government Hospital for treatment. They are said to be critical.
Police reached the spot and registered a case. An investigation is underway to ascertain the exact circumstances that led to the accident.
