Mahbubabad MP Balram Naik Seeks Effective Rollout Of Central Schemes

Adilabad: Mahbubabad MP and Disha Committee chairman Porika Balram Naik on Friday directed officials to ensure effective implementation of Central government schemes and timely delivery of benefits to eligible beneficiaries.
He was addressing a District Development Coordination and Monitoring Committee (Disha) meeting in Mulugu, where he stressed the need for field-level verification of schemes.
Balram Naik instructed officials to submit proposals for installation of an MRI scanning machine at the district area hospital and to organise medical camps in tribal areas with the support of doctors.
He directed agriculture officials to create awareness among farmers on the use of urea and online purchase systems, and called for action against black marketing. He also asked officials to promote organic farming.
The MP further directed preparation of proposals for a ring road connecting Mulugu and Eturnagaram, and for development works in agency areas.
District collector Bhorkhade Hemant Sahadeorao said progress of development works would be reviewed every three months. Municipal chairman Chinthanippula Chandrakala and district revenue officer Ravi Kumar were among those present.
