Land Regularisation Scheme With 25% Rebate Ends On July 31

HYDERABAD: The land regularisation scheme (LRS) with 25 per cent rebate will end on July 31. The offer applies only to those who have applied for LRS in 2020 and have cleared their dues.
The LRS brings unapproved and illegal layouts into the formal planning system. The unplanned areas are brought into the fold of planned development to provide basic facilities and promote an overall and integrated area and city level development.
