KTR Appears Before Nampally Court in Formula E-Race Case
The ACB raised objections on the transfer of about Rs.55 crore from HMDA for organizing Formula E-race

Hyderabad: BRS working president and former minister KT Rama Rao (KTR) appeared before the special court for ACB cases in Nampally here on Friday. He appeared in court in connection with a Formula E-race case registered against him.
The ACB raised objections on the transfer of about Rs.55 crore from HMDA for organizing Formula E-race. There are allegations that the necessary permissions and financial procedures were not followed while transferring the money.
The court, after considering the charge sheet filed by the ACB, issued summons to the accused. KTR was absent from the previous hearing due to personal reasons. KTR appeared after the hearing was adjourned to Friday.
