KPHB: Woman Dies After Falling Ill Following Contraceptive Pills
According to reports, the woman, a resident of Rajahmundry, was working at a private laboratory in KPHB. She became acquainted with Naga Sai through a friend, and the acquaintance later developed into a relationship.
Hyderabad: A 30-year-old woman died while undergoing treatment after allegedly falling ill following the consumption of contraceptive pills. The incident came to light late.
According to reports, the woman, a resident of Rajahmundry, was working at a private laboratory in KPHB. She became acquainted with Naga Sai through a friend, and the acquaintance later developed into a relationship.
Recently, she became pregnant, following which Naga Sai allegedly gave her contraceptive pills. She reportedly fell ill after consuming the pills.
Her friends admitted her to a private hospital on Nizampet Road on August 26. As her condition deteriorated, she was shifted to Kakinada Government Hospital on September 1.
She died while undergoing treatment at the hospital on September 14.
Based on a complaint filed by the woman's uncle, KPHB police registered a case. Police took Naga Sai into remand on September 9. Further investigation is underway.
