Hyderabad: Youth Queue up for Driver Posts at HYDRAA Office

Most applicants got to know about the recruitment through newspapers and WhatsApp groups. While they are happy about the job opportunity, many are also worried because of the tough competition

Hyderabad: A large number of young people stood in line outside the HYDRAA office on Monday, hoping to secure one of the 200 driver jobs announced by the agency. The recruitment is being done on an outsourcing basis. Aspirants can apply till May 21. Many of the youths who had lined up had narrowly missed getting selected in the police constable recruitment test. HYDRAA has announced that it would prefer such candidates.

Youths, including those from adjoining districts like Medak, Nalgonda and Rangareddy, were present in the queue from 10 am. Applications were accepted between 11 am and 5 pm. Most applicants got to know about the recruitment through newspapers and WhatsApp groups. While they are happy about the job opportunity, many are also worried because of the tough competition.

Though specific details about the selection process have not been provided, applicants were asked to submit their mobile numbers to check eligibility. The recruitment process will continue until Wednesday.
