Hyderabad:The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) conducted an e-auction of 70 residential plots in the Mokila and Bachupally layouts on Wednesday, drawing an overwhelming response from homebuyers and investors.
A total of 57 plots were sold. In the Mokila layout, 32 plots were sold at an average bid price of ₹63,511 per square yard, with the highest bid touching ₹87,500 per square yard. The auction generated revenue of approximately ₹66.48 crore, highlighting the strong demand for plots in the area.
In the Bachupally layout, 25 plots were sold at an average bid price of ₹51,991 per square yard, with the highest bid reaching ₹67,500 per square yard. The auction generated approximately ₹35.03 crore in revenue, reflecting strong interest in the Bachupally location.
