Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) on Tuesday made it clear that unauthorised constructions can compromise structural safety and put innocent lives at risk.
The suggestion was issued after the sudden collapse of a building under construction in 50 square yards land in Anjaiahnagar a few days ago leading to the death of two workers.
Before starting any construction, the building owner must obtain the required permissions, follow building laws and safety norms, build responsibly and protect lives, officials said adding that the unauthorised constructions can collapse and it can cost lives.
“Let’s make safety and responsible construction a priority across Cyberabad,” they added.
