CM Revanth Reddy on Meeting KCR: A Gesture of Respect
Regarding KCR's swift exit from the session, the Chief Minister remarked, "You would have to direct that question to him—why he left the Assembly so abruptly."
Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy addressed the media regarding his brief interaction with Opposition Leader K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) in the Assembly, classifying it as a simple courtesy call.
Speaking informally to reporters in the Assembly lobby, the Chief Minister emphasised, "We hold every member of the House in high regard. This is not the first time; I had previously visited KCR when he was in the hospital."
The interaction occurred shortly after the session commenced, with Revanth Reddy walking over to KCR's seat to shake his hand and greet him, inquiring about his well-being.
When questioned about the substance of their discussion, Revanth Reddy offered a light-hearted response: "How can I possibly disclose what the two of us talked about?"
