Canadian PM Mark Carney Praises Yadagirigutta Temple Services

Hyderabad: Yadagirigutta’s spiritual services have earned rare international recognition, with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney commending the temple’s practices.

In a letter addressed to the temple administration, Carney praised the manner in which the wedding ceremony of Lord Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy was conducted at the Ottawa temple, highlighting the spirituality and unity reflected in Hindu culture.

The Swami’s wedding ceremonies are currently being organised across four provinces of Canada and will continue until September 27.

Expressing happiness over the recognition, Telangana Endowments Minister Konda Surekha and temple Executive Officer Venkata Rao said the letter was a proud moment for devotees. EO Venkata Rao added that the services of the temple would be further expanded to reach more devotees in the coming days.
