NALGONDA: The management of Fresh Bus Travels reportedly cleared two pending challans against the bus involved in the fatal accident at Dorakunda in Suryapet district within hours of the crash that killed six passengers.
The bus, bearing registration number TS08UL5112, had two pending challans in Hyderabad for wrong parking and violating a bus entry restriction. The total amount due was Rs 2,635. The challans were reportedly cleared online shortly after the accident.
In a post on X, Fresh Bus said it was deeply saddened by the accident involving one of its buses travelling from Hyderabad to Eluru. The company said its team was working with local authorities and hospitals to provide necessary care and assistance and that it would share verified information as it became available.
