Blue Cloud Softech Begins Trading on NSE
Hyderabad-based AI-focused firm lists 9.23 crore shares as FY26 revenue crosses Rs 1,000 crore
Hyderabad: Hyderabad-based Blue Cloud Softech Solutions said that its equity shares can now be traded on the main board of the National Stock Exchange effective Aug.18. It continues to be listed on BSE.
About 9.23 cr equity shares have been admitted for trading.
" Since our BSE listing in 2016, we have grown from an IT services company into a diversified AI-first group with revenue of over Rs 1,000 crore. Being on both exchanges gives our shareholders greater choice and liquidity,” said Janaki Yarlagadda, chairman, Blue Cloud.
The company closed FY26 with consolidated revenue of Rs 1,002 crore, up 26 per cent. Its profit after tax was Rs 60.5 crore, up 37 per cent. In the June quarter, its revenue rose 41.9 per cent year on year to Rs 292.53 crore. Its work spans AI platforms in public safety, healthcare and digital infrastructure, a release said.
