Ooty:The police in Pandalur limits in western Nilgiris have arrested three more persons in connection with the hurling of petrol bombs at villagers a week ago.
It may be recalled that five youths, hailing from Irumbupalam limits in Pandalur taluk, went to nearby Nelliyalam area a week ago and got into a quarrel with the residents there in connection with a love affair. In a fit of anger, they threatened the villagers with knives, abused them and hurled petrol bombs.
Following this, the cops in Devala police station arrested Yogesh and Naveen and formed a team to nab their three accomplices. After a week-long search, the police nabbed Rahul, Rajeshkanna and Deepak.
