In particular, Bharat Ram found fault with the appointment of candidates from the sports quota without consideration of their talent and achievements in the respective sports.
Kakinada:YSRC official spokesperson and former Lok Sabha member from Rajamahendravaram Margani Bharat Ram demanded the state government order a detailed probe into the irregularities in the DSC recruitments by a committee headed by a CBI official or a sitting judge to unearth facts.
In particular, Bharat Ram found fault with the appointment of candidates from the sports quota without consideration of their talent and achievements in the respective sports.
The YSRC spokesperson told reporters at Rajamahendravaram on Friday that it is ridiculous that Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has allegedly made a statement that criminal cases be booked against those questioning the DSC irregularities. He demanded that the government clarify why a candidate who had secured the first rank had been denied a job by selectors in the DSC.
Bharat Ram expressed astonishment at Human Resources Development minister Nara Lokesh’s statement in Russia that AP is a 2.4 trillion dollars’ economy. He asserted that the state’s current economy is not even one-tenth of that figure.
The YSRC spokesperson said that Chandrababu Naidu has failed in fulfilling his poll promises. He went on to express doubts about efficient organising of Pushkaralu 2027, as not one single permanent project has been completed so far in areas where the Pushkaralu are to be organised.
