Woman Found Murdered in Proddatur, Kadapa District

Kadapa: In a gruesome incident, a woman was found murdered at her residence in Vasanthapeta area of Proddatur in YSR Kadapa district.

The deceased has been identified as Susan Rani (40). Police suspect that the murder took place two to three days ago. Locals alerted the police after noticing a foul smell emanating from the house.

Upon inspection, police found severe head injuries on the victim. She was reportedly living alone at the house for the past few days. A case has been registered and an investigation is underway.
