Vijayawada: Polling Station Lists Published for MPTC, ZPTC Elections
State Election Commissioner Anil Chandra Punetha said on Saturday that the lists were finalized as per the schedule notified by the commission on September 9 for the second ordinary elections to MPTCs and ZPTCs.
Vijayawada: The state election commission has published the lists of polling stations in all 28 districts for the elections to members of mandal parishad territorial constituencies (MPTCs) and zilla parishad territorial constituencies (ZPTCs).
State Election Commissioner Anil Chandra Punetha said on Saturday that the lists were finalised as per the schedule notified by the commission on September 9 for the second ordinary elections to MPTCs and ZPTCs.
Claims and objections were received on September 15 and 16, while meetings with political parties were held at the mandal level on September 16 by mandal parishad development officers.
After disposal of the claims and objections, the lists were approved by the collectors and district election authorities and published, he said.
