Two Resolutions Passed at NDA Meet: Pawan Kalyan

Vijayawada: Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan said on Sunday that two resolutions were passed at the gathering of chief ministers and deputy chief ministers from NDA-ruled states in Delhi on Sunday.

Speaking to the media, Kalyan said one resolution related to the success of Operation Sindoor, while the other supported the central government's initiative to conduct a nationwide caste census.

This meeting marked the first direct interaction between Prime Minister Modi and chief ministers from BJP-led states after the Pahalgam killings, which led to Operation Sindoor. Union ministers provided details on Operation Sindoor at this meeting.

Discussions also revolved around the first year of governance under Modi 3.0. Leaders attending the meeting also included JP Nadda, Amit Shah and Rajnath Singh Pawan Kalyan represented AP, as chief minister Chandrababu Naidu could not, due to prior commitments.

The meeting also focused on the best practices being implemented in NDA-ruled states. “This collaboration aims to enhance governance and strengthen the alliance ahead of future challenges,” PK claimed.

Later at night, Pawan Kalyan reached Chennai to be the chief guest at a seminar titled 'One Nation-One Election', scheduled for Monday. He was welcomed at the airport by former Telangana governor, Tamilisai Soundararajan, several senior political leaders and environmental activists from Tamil Nadu, including KS Radhakrishnan, BJP leaders M Chakravarthy, Arjuna Murthy and Amar Prasad Reddy.

A significant number of Jana Sena supporters gathered at the airport, displaying party flags and cheering PK enthusiastically. At the hotel where he stayed for the night, the BJP Tamil Nadu state president Nayanar Nagendran and some other BJP leaders held talks with the deputy CM.
