No Compromise On Infra Quality Standards, Says Narayana
Narayana, who has been giving special attention to improving facilities in government schools, conducted surprise inspections of ongoing development works in several institutions across the city constituency on Wednesday.
Nellore:Urban development and municipal administration minister Dr Ponguru Narayana has directed officials to ensure the highest quality standards in all government school infrastructure projects, warning that no compromise on quality will be tolerated.
Narayana, who has been giving special attention to improving facilities in government schools, conducted surprise inspections of ongoing development works in several institutions across the city constituency on Wednesday.
He visited the RSR School in Stone Housepet (8th Division) and the Mallela Sanjeevayya School in the 14th Division to review modernisation works. The minister instructed officials to complete the projects with top construction standards, ensuring that these schools are equipped with better infrastructure than the VR Municipal High School. He emphasised the need to create a pleasant and conducive learning environment for students, cautioning officials against delays or negligence in project execution.
“I will continue to conduct surprise inspections. Every project must reflect quality and accountability,” the minister asserted.
Nellore municipal commissioner Y.O. Nandan, former ZPTC member Vijetha Reddy, 14th division corporator Kartham Pratap Kumar Reddy, division president Pasupuleti Malli and several senior TD leaders participated in the inspection.
