Liquor Scam: ED Takes Accused Eswar Kiran Kumar Reddy Into Custody

Amaravati: The ED sleuths took Eswar Kiran Kumar Reddy, accused in the liquor scam case, into custody.

With the Nampally court allowing ED to take Kumar Reddy in custody for two days, he was shifted to Hyderabad from Andhra Pradesh and produced in the court.

There are allegations of Kiran Kumar playing a key role in the liquor scam. According to information, he diverted the huge amount of embezzled money in the scam to shell companies. Kiran Kumar Reddy is a close associate of Raj Kasireddy, the prime accused in the scam.

Earlier, the AP SIT also took Eswar Kiran Kumar Reddy into custody and interrogated him.
