HYDERABAD: BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao did not appear before the ACB special court at Nampally on Friday that is hearing the case of alleged irregularities in the conduct of the Formula E race case. The court adjourned the hearing to December 4. Rama Rao is the main accused in the alleged scam.
