The two-day Innovators Conclave 2026, aimed at promoting innovation, start-ups, technological advancement, and collaboration between industry and academic institutions, will begin at the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur (JNTUA) on Saturday.

The event is expected to provide a platform for students, young innovators, start-up founders, and industry representatives to showcase new ideas, explore technological opportunities, and strengthen industry-academia partnerships.

Addressing a pre-event press meet at the Aryabhatta Auditorium on the JNTUA campus on Friday, vice chancellor Prof. H. Sudarsana Rao, IEEE India country head Srikanth Chandrasekaran, and former special chief secretary to state government J.A. Chowdary said the conclave aims at supporting entrepreneurs from districts and rural areas.

The event is intended to create opportunities for students and aspiring entrepreneurs to connect with industry experts, understand market requirements, and explore pathways to turn their ideas into practical products and services.

The conclave seeks to strengthen the innovation ecosystem by encouraging closer cooperation among educational institutions, technology professionals, entrepreneurs, and industrial organisations.

Interactions at the conclave are expected to help students gain exposure to emerging technologies and entrepreneurial opportunities. This will help them nurture innovative thinking and support start-up development.
