ANANTAPUR: Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur (JNTUA), in collaboration with a German university, has commenced admissions to integrated engineering programmes, with three students receiving admission letters.
The admissions were conducted on Tuesday on the directions of JNTUA vice-chancellor Prof. H. Sudarsana Rao. Registrar Prof. B. Durga Prasad, through admission director Prof. A. Suresh Babu, handed over admission letters to three students — two from Computer Science Engineering (CSE) and one from Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
Prof. Durga Prasad said the integrated programme would enable students to pursue engineering education in India and Germany. Under the programme, students will study for three years at the JNTUA Anantapur campus, followed by one year of BTech education and an MSc programme in Germany.
He said the programme would provide students with international exposure and enhance their prospects of securing employment abroad.
