Gov. Urges JNTU-GV Graduates to Uphold Professional Ethics

Visakhapatnam: Governor and Chancellor of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University-Gurajada, Vizianagaram (JNTU-GV), S. Abdul Nazeer on Saturday urged graduating students to uphold professional ethics, integrity and excellence while serving society with commitment and compassion.

Addressing the university's first convocation at the AU Convention Centre in Visakhapatnam, the Governor congratulated the graduates and University Gold Medal recipients. He encouraged them to embrace lifelong learning and contribute meaningfully to the nation's progress.

Vice-Chancellor Prof. V.V. Subba Rao presented the university's report, highlighting its academic achievements and future plans.

The university conferred the honorary Doctor of Science (Honoris Causa) degree on Mayur Patnala in recognition of his distinguished contributions.

The Governor also admitted eligible candidates to their respective degrees and inaugurated the university's blockchain-based tamper-proof digital original degree certificate system.

He later presented 15 University Gold Medals to students for outstanding academic performance across various disciplines.
