DRM Lalit Bohra Conducts Onboard Inspection of Train
Visakhapatnam DRM Lalit Bohra inspected Train No. 12803 to review onboard facilities, interact with passengers and ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness and service.
Visakhapatnam Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) Lalit Bohra conducted an onboard inspection of Train No. 12803 on Friday to review passenger amenities, safety measures, cleanliness, catering services and coach maintenance.
Accompanied by officials from the Mechanical, Commercial and Electrical departments, Bohra inspected several coaches and assessed the quality of services provided during the journey. He also interacted with passengers to obtain feedback on onboard facilities and their travel experience.
The DRM examined the condition of coaches and the functioning of essential amenities, and directed officials to take immediate corrective measures wherever necessary.
Emphasising the need to maintain high service standards, Bohra instructed railway staff to ensure passengers receive safe, comfortable and hassle-free travel across the Visakhapatnam division.
