CM, Dy CM To Launch VB-G RAM G Scheme on July 2
Officials were asked to make adequate arrangements for seating.
Tirupati: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will launch the Viksit Bharat–Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin) (VB-G RAM G) at Mukkavaripalli village in Obulavaripalle mandal of Tirupati district on July 2.
Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan, Union agriculture minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Union minister of state Dr P. Chandrasekhar are also scheduled to attend the programme, which is expected to draw 15,000 to 20,000 people.
Tirupati district collector Dr S. Venkateswar and Superintendent of Police L. Subba Rayudu on Monday inspected the public meeting venue and helipad and reviewed arrangements for the event.
The collector directed officials to ensure foolproof arrangements and said there should be no scope for even minor lapses during the Chief Minister's visit. He instructed departments concerned to complete all pending works within the next two days.
Officials were asked to make adequate arrangements for seating, parking, drinking water, toilets, galleries, uninterrupted power supply and medical facilities for the expected turnout.
Joint collector R. Govindarao, Kodur MLA Arava Sridhar, KUDA chairman M. Rupananda Reddy, chief minister's programme coordinator P. Venkatesh, RDO Ram Mohan and other officials were present.
