Bureaucratic Reshuffle: IAS Officers Transferred In Andhra Pradesh
The AP government has relieved Chief Secretary Sai Prasad of his full additional charge responsibilities as the Special Chief Secretary of the Water Resources Department.

Amaravati: As part of its ongoing administrative restructuring in the state of Andhra Pradesh, several IAS officers were transferred. On Saturday, State Chief Secretary G. Sai Prasad issued GO. No. 918, regarding the transfers of IAS officers and the allocation of additional responsibilities.
Shashi Bhushan Kumar, currently serving as the Special Chief Secretary of the Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department, has been entrusted with the responsibilities of the Water Resources Department.
The government has relieved Chief Secretary Sai Prasad of his full additional charge responsibilities as the Special Chief Secretary of the Water Resources Department.
Kanthilal Dande, the Principal Secretary of the Environment and Forests Department, has been assigned the full additional charge of the Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department. The government clarified that these orders would come into effect immediately.
