She also alleged that the Land Titling Act had generated fear and uncertainty among the public. The present government, she said, has rectified these issues by issuing passbooks bearing the official state emblem and containing accurate land details.
The minister further announced that the government would soon introduce a dedicated telephone-based grievance system through which citizens can report instances where welfare and development benefits fail to reach eligible beneficiaries.
“Our government is committed to serving the people with sincerity and dedication,” Anitha said.
District collector S. Ramsunder Reddy informed the gathering that the process of bifurcating joint Land parcel Map (LPM) records would be completed by the end of July. He stated that the new passbooks are error-free and include comprehensive land information along with QR codes to ensure transparency and easy verification.
