Hyderabad: Caretaker minister for municipal administration and urban development K.T. Rama Rao on Sunday said that the TRS would definitely come to power after December 7.  While campaigning in his constituency Sircilla, he said that above 52 per cent people have rejected the Congress and Telugu Desam alliance.

Mr Rama Rao said the TRS government recognised the need of self rule in Girijan Thandas and hence it created the Girijana Grampanchayats and 500 new mandals in the state. He warned the residents of his constituency against People’s Front’s alleged attempts to divide them on communal and regional lines.

Earlier on Sunday, several residents’ welfare associations in Serilingampally and Kukatpally met Mr Rama Rao and extended their support to the TRS.
