Telangana SC/ST: SPs told to monitor cases online

Hyderabad: Telangana chief secretary S.K. Joshi has directed all district collectors to take action on all pending SC & ST atrocities cases by June 6 and also to ensure that the compensation reaches the victims on time.

Telangana Director General of Police (DGP) said that the National SC&ST Commission recently visited Hyderabad and directed that the compensation should reach the victims within the time limit prescribed in the Act. 

He asked the SPs to pay special attention to these cases and also monitor them online, FIRs should be registered immediately and collectors informed of the details of the case.

He told the collectors that in the Dharani website Aadhar seeding double accounts, backlog success correction modules were made.
