Thiruvananthapuram: The police has so far registered 1,286 cases in connection with the widespread violence during hartal day on January 3.
As on Saturday, 37,979 persons have been made accused in these cases. So far 3178 persons have been arrested of which 487 are in judicial remand and 2,691 secured bail.
