Harish Rao in action at KCR home village

Hyderabad: Former minister and TRS MLA T. Harish Rao once again proved that he is the trouble-shooter for the party by ensuring that the TRS candidate was elected unopposed in the native village of Chief Minister Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao.

Chintamadaka in Siddipet district, the CM’s native village, was set to witness a contest between the TRS and Congress candidates and an independent. Mr Harish Rao thought that Mr Chandrasekhar Rao’s village should present a united picture, and having a contest would affect his image.

To this end, Mr Harish Rao persuaded the other candidates to withdraw from the fray. These included the Congress candidate and some independents. The result is that the TRS candidate will be declared elected unopposed.

In Siddipet Assembly constituency of Mr Harish Rao, TRS candidates were elected unopposed from all nine MPTCs. Mr Harish Rao called a meeting and said the people of Siddipet constituency should inspire the others by having the MPTCs elected unoppsed. He said in the recent gram panchayat elections 10 sarpanches were declared elected without opposition.
