The protests against Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat have taken an ugly turn at various states. Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Guajarat have seen members of Karni Sena taking to the streets in their protest against the movie.
However, members of the group in Bhopal are in news for a completely different reason. According to a story published in India Today, it turns out that as they went on a rampage on the streets of Bhopal on Wednesday, a few Karni Sena members accidentally torched their own member’s vehicle.
Twitter was quick to react:
That was not all, despite prohibitory orders by the Supreme Court, protests took a violent turn after protestors attacked a school bus carrying children. Protesters threw stones at a bus of GD Goenka School near Bhondsi in Sohna, breaking its windows.
