GoT fans can’t wait for prequel
Season 8 of this iconic show was a huge disappointed so die-hard buffs are hoping for a positive outcome now.
Early this year GoT (Game of Thrones) fans were left heartbroken. Why? Season eight of this mega series released after a long time. And eager fans who were awaiting the release were left disappointed by the plotline, the climax and everything in between. In redemption, the makers are set to release the prequel that will focus mainly on House Targaryen of Dragonstone or House of the Dragon. Designer Ayushi Kothari believes that GoT fans should get something better after a disappointing season 8. She says, “We need more of GoT as the last season was disappointing. I am excited to know about The Starks, The Targaryens and also learn about and see more dragons on screen.”
Photographer Lijo Joseph feels that a prequel will tie up all the loose ends. “I think the idea of a prequel will connect all the loose ends and stories that were constantly shared throughout this series. I would love to know how Daenerys Targaryen’s ancestors took down the big Westeros from a small island like Dragonstone. Especially, Aegon the Conqueror who conquered all of the Westeros and unified the seven kingdoms.”
Shraddha Modi a theatre artiste is most excited to know about the relationship between Daenerys and The Starks. She says, “The prequel about the doom will be an amazing idea. It will give a baseline on Targaryens life and would give an idea about how they shifted to Westeros. If it happens I want to watch Daenys the dreamer in it and how her dream saves many! I am most excited about how Targaryens became who they are. I have read about it. They had a difficult journey until they got their power and dragon fire in their blood.”
Vandana Poojari, a post graduate student feels that fans will finally have something to look forward too from the GoT universe. She says, “ Since we know that the first spin-off is about the Targaryens, it will be very interesting to know about their origins. I am especially eager to know about Rhaegar Targaryen since he was barely shown on the original show and he is still a mystery. Even though it is about the Targaryens, I’m hoping to also see Bran the builder and the other Starks during that time. All in all, I’m very excited about the prequel!”
